McAllister set to kick off the 2025 season with Periodontal Associates and Breakthrough T1D at Buttonwillow Raceway Park

Brad McAllister has promoted the JDRF (Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation) for the past several race seasons.  Above is a picture of Brad with the JDRF youth ambassadors and KATU filming a commercial for the JDRF.   This year, the organization has a new name, BREAKTHROUGH  T1D (www.BreakthroughT1D.org).  The organization has the same great mission, bringing awareness and funding research to improve the lives of individuals with Type 1 Diabetes. Periodontal Associates (www.PortlandImplantDentistry.com) has been actively supporting the racing program with JDRF and now Breakthrough T1D for many years.  McAllister finds the racing environment to be an excellent venue to promote the cause in an exciting fashion.

A new race facility has been added to kick off the Trans Am Western Championship for 2025.  Buttonwillow Raceway Park is in southern California offering Pacific Northwest drivers like McAllister the opportunity to dodge the cold and wet weather for some early season racing in the sun.  At the recent SCCA Supertour races at Buttonwillow Raceway Park, McAllister won both GT-2 races in the Periodontal Associates Ford Mustang. Running with Nitro Motorsports this weekend, McAllister is looking for a strong showing this weekend in the CUBE 3 Architecture TA2 Series.  Catch the action with qualifying Saturday March 15th at 2:20pm and the 100 mile race on Sunday at 12:20pm.
