Howe Racing Enterprises Brings Back "Howe Fast Forward" Program
March 6, 2023

Howe Racing Enterprises brings back the “Howe Fast Forward” program to the Trans Am Series presented by Pirelli’s Big Machine Vodka SPIKED Coolers TA2 Series. The contingency program focuses on rewarding competitors in Howe chassis with cash bonuses for their participation. The program will distribute $10,000 across the first entries in a Howe chassis.
“Many contingencies are awarded to the same guys all the time; Howe Fast Forward successfully spreads our support around the paddock,” said HRE President Chas Howe.
“We know that every dollar counts, so we’re glad to be returning with the program as a part of a larger TA2 budget intended to encourage participation.”
HRE will continue to maintain its onsite presence at Trans Am events, with parts and technical assistance available to teams of all sizes. HRE also plays a role in celebrating the season with the Fast Forward award at the year-end banquet. The award will go to the car that most consistently displays a Howe decal throughout the season. For the winner, Howe will pay the first $1,000 of their next event entry fee in the 2024 season.
”We are really happy to see Howe Racing Enterprises’ commitment to the Trans Am Series, both as a chassis constructor and a contingency partner,” said Trans Am President John Clagett. “Howe builds a championship-winning car, and their support of drivers in the Big Machine Vodka SPIKED Coolers TA2 Series allows Trans Am to continue to grow and competition to improve.”
Howe has been building TA2 cars since its inception in 2011 and produced the championship-winning chassis for Bob Stretch in 2012, Cameron Lawrence in 2013 & 2014, Gar Robinson in 2015 & 2017, Marc Miller in 2019, Mike Skeen in 2020, and Rafa Matos in 2018 & 2021.
