Corvette C8 from Bowman Chevrolet to Serve as Trans Am Pace Car at Detroit Grand Prix

A Chevrolet Corvette C8 from Bowman Chevrolet in Clarkston, Michigan will serve as the pace car for the Trans Am Series presented by Pirelli race at this weekend’s Detroit Grand Prix. The pace car will be driven by Birmingham resident, former racer and now owner of Nowicki Autosport Design, Jeff Nowicki. The TransAm Series will race Saturday at 10:35 a.m. ET and Sunday at 11:00 a.m. ET ahead of the NTT IndyCar Series. The races will be broadcast live on MAVTV.
