CB Motorsports Looks to Expand Driver Lineup with Third Car

Test opportunities, single race program, or full-season effort available

March 28, 2024 – With the goal to expand and become one of the powerhouse teams in the Trans Am Presented by Pirelli series, CB Motorsports is ready to expand to a third full-time effort. Testing the waters this past weekend providing trackside support and prep services for the event at the Michelin Raceway Road Atlanta, CB Motorsports is now fully prepared to expand to their own full-time third car effort in-house.

“We purchased a third car in the off-season in preparation for a three-car program in 2024 but as the season approached, stalled that project slightly,” explained CB Motorsports Owner Chad Bacon. “With Jared Odrick joining the team full-time alongside Caleb, we wanted to make sure we provided the best service possible. Now, two events in, we are confident in our program and look forward to expanding our fleet.”

Earning their best result of the season with a sixth-place result last weekend, CB Motorsports can do a full-season effort, one-off events, and private test sessions. 

Bacon added, “We are open to a variety of different and affordable programs. We have one car available for the remainder of the season and would consider a partial program if the right opportunity presented itself, but our goal is to be a solid and successful four-car effort with Caleb, Jared, John, and another hungry competitor.”

Next up for the CB Motorsports team and competitors will be a trip to New Orleans, Louisiana, and the flat and fast NOLA Motorsports Park April 11-14.
