Prociuk Wins Two in a Row with another Pro-Am Victory at Road Atlanta in TA2

Braselton, Georgia [March 24th, 2025]— It was an eventful weekend for the Mike Cope Racing Team at Road Atlanta for Round 2 of the Trans Am Championship CUBE 3 Architecture TA2 Series! Keith Prociuk claimed his 2nd Pro-Am win in a row with a stellar-consistent drive from start to finish!

He and Barry Boes battled at the front all race long exchanging the lead multiple times. Barry overtook Keith in Turn 10A while dealing with an out of class competitor. Keith got back by in Turn 10B when Barry went off on the exit. He stayed consistent and kept his No. 9 HP Tuners / Cope Ford Mustang clean to take the win!

"It was a fantastic race. Barry got me in qualifying by two tenths, but at the start I think he just got held up and then I got him on lap one. But it was a hard battle all race long. Thanks HP Tuners, the Mike Cope Racing Team, and Thomas Merrill. You guys are fantastic. I really appreciate all the help. Hopefully we can keep this up!"

Keith now holds a seven point lead in the points standings in Pro-Am over Barry Boes. It's shaping up to be a fantastic season-long battle between them.

Jim Gallaugher and the No. 16 Regulator By Waypointe / Cope Race Cars / Ford Mustang brought home a very solid and well deserved 5th place in Pro-Am. Jim ran as high as third at one point! He earned some valuable points and now has some momentum on his side to carry into Sonoma at the end of April.

Will Robinson had great run going and was up to P12 before having a late race spin. His pace continues to improve and he’s excited to head West for back to back Cali race weekends that are closer to home!

Tom Sheehan and Valentin Aguirre all suffered some bad luck with Tom and Valentin's race ending early with damage. An unfortunate engine failure ended the weekend early for Thomas Merrill and No. 26 HP Tuners / Franklin Road Apparel / Cope Chevy Camaro did not start the race.

The next round of the Trans-Am CUBE 3 Architecture Trans-Am TA2 Series heads to Sonoma Raceway on April 24-27th!
