F.A.S.T. Auto Racing, Owosso Speedway, and Howe Racing Ent. Collaborate for the 2024 Trans Am TA2 Season

F.A.S.T. Auto Racing, Howe Racing Ent., and Owosso Speedway have joined forces to add another car under the tent for the 2024 season. F.A.S.T. Auto will field four cars at the season opener in Sebring, including the debut #15 car sponsored by Owosso Speedway. Sporting the new graphics from Agnew Signs, this car will be part of F.A.S.T. Auto’s comprehensive racing team package, available as an arrive-and-drive rental for the rest of the season. Behind the wheel at Sebring will be the accomplished 2023 Trans Am SGT Champion Lee Saunders.

Team owner and driver Adrian Wlostowski shared his excitement: "I’m thrilled to add this beautiful brand new 2024 Howe Camaro to our stable. Having Lee Saunders, sponsored by Landsearch LLC, pilot the new car at Sebring is bound to be exciting, given that it's his home track and he's coming off his 2023 SGT Championship. We aspire to grow together as a team and aim for a strong result in the first round. Howe builds beautiful championship race cars, and we are incredibly grateful for our rental partnership.”

Driver Lee Saunders commented, “Thanks to Adrian and Howe for the opportunity to race with them this weekend. I hope to build on my experience in the car and bring home a good finish.”

Owosso Speedway, located in Michigan, is a premier racing destination for oval track racers and enthusiasts. Owner Rex Wheeler says, “Owosso Speedway is excited to work with Howe Racing Ent. The rich history of Howe Racing and Owosso Speedway was a perfect match. I’m looking forward to working together for the betterment of both brands.”

Chas Howe, the President of Howe Racing, stated, “Our relationship with Owosso Speedway dates back to the late 1980s. When I met my wife, Dina (Simko) Howe, she raced at Owosso, and her family owned it.” Howe is also currently involved at Owosso Speedway with the Howe-Eddy Asphalt Modifieds. “Dina learned that Rex wanted to improve the name recognition of the Owosso Speedway across Motorsport, and Dina came up with the idea to get them involved in TA2.  With the mix of crossover racers in the TA2 class and stock car origins of the cars, it seems a perfect fit. We are happy to help spread the recognition of the Speedway as a premier short-track destination by proudly partnering with F.A.S.T. in displaying the Owosso logo on their arrive-and-drive Camaro. We enjoy working with Adrian and the guys under the F.A.S.T. tent. We believe they will do a top-notch job for arrive-and-drive customers using Howe Racing Enterprises equipment.”

The effort between F.A.S.T. Auto, Howe Racing Ent., and Owosso Speedway brings together different backgrounds of expertise and represents a commitment to advancing each of their areas of motorsports. As the #15 hits the track, it carries the shared passion and dedication of the three entities for a successful 2024 racing season.
