Connor Zilisch, Driver No. 5 Silver Hare Racing/KHI Management Chevrolet Camaro: |
“This weekend, we learned a lot. I think we’re going to be a lot better going into Charlotte in a few weeks. But, honestly, the car was fast the first four or five laps and then we just started having electrical issues. Overall, I think we’ve got a good car and that we’ll be good to go.” |
Maurice Hull, Driver No. 57 Silver Hare Racing/Waukegan Farms Chevrolet Camaro: |
“It was a clean race for me and I was in a lot of traffic a lot of the time. The spotters helped us avoid several wrecks that happened all around us – got through and didn’t hit anything. We had something with the engine. I don’t know what it was, exactly, but we were down on power. Otherwise, the car drove well – it just didn’t have the power we’re capable of making. But we’ll work on it as soon as we get back and get to the bottom of it by the next race at Charlotte.” |
