LIG Racing
LIG Racing is a small privateer racing team that competes in Trans Am and SCCA GT1 races.
The car started life as a 2002 Riley & Scott Corvette racing professionally in the Trans Am Series driven by Bobby Sak for Tom Gloy's team in the 2002 - 2003 seasons.
The car was purchased in 2005 by Rob Holden who raced it in the Pacific Northwest for 12 years in SCCA GT1 including many victories and the track record at Portland International Raceway.
The car was purchased in 2017 by Steve Goldman who races the car currently for LIG Racing. During the 2019 offseason extensive upgrade work was performed by Ave Motorsports to bring the car up to more current Trans Am Series standards.
LIG Racing has 9 wins, 7 poles and 28 podiums in 52 races during the first four seasons.
