Team SLR’s Carson Kvapil Leads Practice for CUBE 3 Architecture TA2 Series at Watkins Glen

WATKINS GLEN, N.Y. (August 22, 2024) – Practice is complete for the Trans Am Series presented by Pirelli’s CUBE 3 Architecture TA2 Series race at Watkins Glen International as part of the Mission Foods Watkins Glen SpeedTour. Carson Kvapil in the No. 17 Team SLR-M1 Racecars Chevrolet Camaro paced the session, laying down a best lap time of 1:49.902. Thomas Annunziata was second fastest in the No. 90 Bayshore Mortgage/Nitro Motorsports Ford Mustang with a time of 1:50.342, and Jake Drew was third quick in the No. 7 Silver Hare Racing Chevrolet Camaro with a time of 1:50.361.

The race will be contested tomorrow at 4:00 p.m. ET. It will be broadcast LIVE on MAVTV and can be streamed live here. The highlights show of the CUBE 3 Architecture TA2 Series race will air on MAVTV on Thursday, August 29 at 8:00 p.m. ET.
