CoolShirt Systems named the Official Driver Cooling System of Trans Am

MIAMI, Fla. (Dec. 19, 2015) – The Trans Am Race Company has announced CoolShirt Systems as the Official Driver Cooling System of Trans Am in a partnership that heralds the return of the Hard Charger award to the Trans Am Series.

“We see CoolShirt Systems as another valuable addition to the Trans Am paddock,” said John Clagett, President of The Trans Am Race Company. “They hold true many of the values that we strive to imbed in Trans Am: a desire for constant improvement, a culture of performance and a vision for the future. We know that CoolShirt Systems will always work to provide the best equipment for our drivers to tackle the grueling environment of motorsports.”

CoolShirt Systems will also support two competitor award initiatives within the Trans Am Series: the Cool Move of the Race and the year-end Hard Charger award. The Cool Move of the Race will be awarded on a by-event basis, while the Hard Charger award will be given to the driver who improves the most positions from start to finish over the course of the year. Both awards will be backed with product certificate prizes for the winners.
