Barry Boes to Run Full-Time Western Championship Schedule for TRB Autosport Team

Troy Benner and his TRB Autosport Team will be contesting each race of the 2024 Trans Am Western Championship Series. Driver Barry Boes has committed to running all six western events, in addition to his full-time drive in the Cube 3 Architecture National TA2 Championship. Boes and TRB teamed up to win the 2023 SCCA Hoosier Super Tour Championship in GT2. “TRB is a solid team and was instrumental in my 2019 and 2023 Super Tour success. I’m looking forward to racing at some new venues and bringing west coast exposure to my sponsor, Accio Data. We will be racing for wins and the championship as we match our skills against the best drivers in the Western TA2 Champoinship Series” Said Boes.

Aside from Boes, TRB Pro Am driver, Patrick Utt, has committed to doing the races at Sonoma and Laguna Seca. “Those west coast tracks have been on my bucket list for a long time. Now that TRB is going, it makes it an easy decision to tag along. My sponsors, RaceQuip and Driven Racing Oil, are very supportive of the additional TA2 races as well” proclaimed Utt.

Speaking of tagging along, TRB Autosport has the capacity to run more drivers in the Western Championship - whether using your car or their house cars. TRB is a topflight, full-service, prep shop for racers running professionally or at the SCCA Club Racing level. They will prep and service your car or rent you one of theirs.
