Francis Repeats in All-Class Battle at VIR

Ernie Francis Jr. held off Chris Dyson to win his 46th career Trans Am Series presented by Pirelli race, prevailing in a battle that included all five classes to sweep a doubleheader weekend.

Francis, driving the No. 98 One South Florida Wealth Advisors Ford Mustang, beat Dyson's No. 20 Plaid Mustang by .911 seconds. Amy Ruman completed the podium in the No. 23 McNicholls Corvette.

Driving a borrowed car, TA2 Powered by AEM point leader Mike Skeen passed Esports racer Tyler Kicera with three laps to go for his fourth victory of the season. He came from the back of the grid in the No. 63 Liqui Moly Camaro. Kicera had to settle for second following a dominant effort.

Erich Joiner turned the tables in XGT, beating Saturday winner Ken Thwaits.

A determined Adrian Wlostowski scored his first SGT career victory, finally pulling through after finishing second three times.

Steven Davison won in GT, beating Saturday winner Billy Griffin.
