Dexter Racing offers ‘arrive and drive’ program for GT and SGT

CENTRAL CITY, Nebraska (14 March 2019) – Dexter Racing is offering the opportunity for drivers to become competitive in the Trans Am Championship presented by Pirelli. The central Nebraska-based team has complete “arrive and drive” packages available for racers looking to compete in the GT and SGT classes.

Dexter Racing received three major awards in 2018 TA4 (now GT) competition, winning the team championship in addition to both driver championship and the Rookie of the Year Award for Warren Dexter, who won all six races he entered in the team’s No. 61 Ginetta G55. Ryan Dexter added a TA3 (now SGT) triumph at Austin’s Circuit of The Americas.

Zane Dexter, manager of Dexter Racing, has been racing with his three sons since 2006. His oldest son, Dillon, raced in the Mazda Cup series. Warren, 22, has been racing for 10 years, while Ryan, 18, works with tires and cameras for the team when he’s not driving.

Dexter Racing’s complete package consists of turn-key car preparation; driver coaching with video and data analysis; hospitality services; and trackside support.

Three Ginetta G55s are available for competition. These purpose-built race cars utilize a paddle shift gearbox and provide excellent ergonomics. In the 2018 season Dexter Racing used the Ginetta G55 to reach the top step of the podium in all seven races in which they competed.
