Poitras poised for success at Mid-Ohio

CBRT pairs Bulk Nation with Toronto racer for Trans Am event
August 12, 2015, TORONTO, ON - Canada's Best Racing Team (CBRT) will be in two places at once this weekend with competitors in Nova Scotia, Canada, and at Mid-Ohio in the United States.
CBRT manager Joey McColm announced this week a new marketing partnership with Bulk Nation, and the relationship will hit the track when driver Kevin Poitras competes in the Trans-Am Series accompanying the NASCAR Xfinity series at the famed Mid-Ohio road course.
"We are excited to pair Bulk Nation with Kevin Poitras this weekend," said McColm. "Kevin is a great racer on the track, and he is a great choice to represent our new partner Bulk Nation."
Poitras will drive the #73 entry in the ultra-competitive Trans Am Series TA2 division. The Mid-Ohio event is set to break records for the number of entries with well over 40 cars in the TA2 division alone.
"With tens of thousands of fans on hand, and television coverage on CBS Sports this is a great opportunity to kick start our activation program with Bulk Nation," said McColm. "Steve Kent will drive the #83 with Bulk Nation on that car as well."
Later this season McColm expects to get behind the wheel in the Trans Am Series representing Bulk Nation, but for now his attention is focused on his NASCAR Canadian Tire Series obligations.
